Child Safety Policy

Last updated 2026 · MetaWealth Capital

Tution Sir is a digital content service of MetaWealth Capital (Dubai, UAE), serving learners in India and the UAE. Tution Sir is a digital-only service: an AI learning and exam-prep platform for CBSE Classes 6–12 students, parents, teachers, and adult competitive-exam aspirants.

Principles

  • The best interests of the child come first: safety by design and default, data minimisation, no advertising or behavioural tracking of children, transparency, swift response and zero tolerance for abuse or exploitation.

Legal alignment

  • India: POCSO Act 2012; IT Act 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021; DPDP Act 2023 (verifiable parental consent; no tracking or targeted ads to children).
  • UAE: Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 ("Wadeema's Law"); UAE PDPL (DL 45/2021).
  • International: UN Convention on the Rights of the Child; COPPA; GDPR and children's provisions; UK Age-Appropriate Design Code.

Age assurance & parental consent

  • Intended for Classes 6–12 (with parental consent), parents, teachers and adults. We collect age/class, apply proportionate age-assurance, and apply the higher child standard when a user is or appears to be a child. Parents can review, manage and withdraw consent, and correct or delete data.

Safe interactions & moderation

  • We moderate pods and user content and prohibit bullying, harassment, grooming, sexual, hateful or self-harm content. Reporting and blocking are easy, action is prompt, and we escalate to authorities as required.

Crisis & abuse detection

  • (1) Detection via the safety gateway on eligible inputs; (2) triage with trained human review; (3) immediate age-appropriate safety messaging with India/UAE helplines; (4) escalation — notify the parent/guardian, preserve records confidentially, and report to authorities (India POCSO mandatory reporting and IT Rules; UAE Wadeema's Law); (5) confidentiality and minimisation throughout.

Reporting

  • Anyone can report to support@tutionsir.com or in-product; reports are prioritised and urgent cases escalated. Immediate danger — contact your local emergency services first.
