Tution Sir is a digital content service of MetaWealth Capital (Dubai, UAE), serving learners in India and the UAE. Tution Sir is a digital-only service: an AI learning and exam-prep platform for CBSE Classes 6–12 students, parents, teachers, and adult competitive-exam aspirants.
Principles
- Data minimisation and storage limitation, with the shortest practical retention for children.
Indicative schedule
- Account/profile: life of the account; deleted or anonymised within 30–90 days of closure.
- AI tutor chat: up to 12 months, or until you delete it. Voice notes and photo uploads: 6–12 months, or until deletion.
- Progress: life of the account; anonymised analytics may be kept longer.
- Payment/transaction records: 5–7 years (India tax/GST and UAE law). Technical/security logs: 90–180 days.
- Safeguarding/child-safety records: as legally required, kept confidential and separate. Marketing/consent: for the consent period plus a short buffer.
Deletion
- You (or a parent, for a child) can request deletion. We honour it except where the law requires us to retain data (tax, disputes, safety). We review and anonymise long-kept analytics.
