Tution Sir is a digital content service of MetaWealth Capital (Dubai, UAE), serving learners in India and the UAE. Tution Sir is a digital-only service: an AI learning and exam-prep platform for CBSE Classes 6–12 students, parents, teachers, and adult competitive-exam aspirants.
Digital product — no refunds
- Tution Sir is a digital-only service that is delivered and accessible immediately. Because of this, all payments — the Pro subscription (₹999/month) and credit purchases — are non-refundable. All sales are final.
- A free plan is available so you can try Tution Sir before you pay. We encourage you to use it before upgrading.
Cancellation & auto-renewal
- Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings or by emailing support@tutionsir.com; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No charge is taken after you cancel.
Exceptions (where the law requires)
- Nothing here removes your mandatory statutory consumer rights under the India Consumer Protection Act 2019 (and e-commerce rules) or UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020. Where the law requires a remedy — for example a duplicate charge, a failed/incorrect charge, or the service not being delivered — we will correct it, and any approved refund goes to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Billing problems & chargebacks
- If you think you were charged in error, contact support@tutionsir.com first and we will sort it out quickly. For chargebacks raised without contacting us, we may dispute unwarranted claims and suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks, without prejudice to your legal rights.
Price changes
- Any price change applies only to future renewals, with notice beforehand.
