Tution Sir is a digital content service of MetaWealth Capital (Dubai, UAE), serving learners in India and the UAE. Tution Sir is a digital-only service: an AI learning and exam-prep platform for CBSE Classes 6–12 students, parents, teachers, and adult competitive-exam aspirants.

Our commitment

[Legal entity name] is the data controller/fiduciary. We are children-first and comply, where applicable, with India's DPDP Act 2023, the UAE PDPL (DL 45/2021), and take guidance from the UK Children's Code, GDPR (including children's provisions) and COPPA.

Data we collect

Account/profile (name, email, optional phone, role, class/grade, exam track, language, a minor's linked parent); parental consent/verification data; your content (tutor chat, voice notes, photo uploads, pod posts); progress and usage; device/technical data (device, OS, app version, IP, diagnostics); payment records (card details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers); safety-gateway flags; and cookies.

How we use it & lawful basis

To provide the service and AI features, process payments, keep users safe, secure and improve the Service, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. Bases: contract; consent (for minors, verifiable parental consent); legitimate interests (never to track children for ads); and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent anytime.

Children's data & parental consent

We obtain verifiable parental consent before processing a minor's data. For children we do not behaviourally track, profile for ads, serve targeted ads, or sell data. We apply data minimisation, privacy-protective defaults and parental visibility and controls.

AI processing of your inputs

Your inputs are sent to our AI model provider to generate responses and are used to deliver and maintain the feature. They are not used to train third-party general models for unrelated purposes, and are never used for advertising. Providers are contractually restricted.

Voice & photo handling

Captured only on your action, transmitted securely, processed for the feature, retained per our Data Retention Policy, and deletable. We strip unnecessary metadata where feasible.

Child-safety gateway

Certain inputs (tutor chat, pods) are scanned for crisis, self-harm or abuse signals, reviewed by trained staff, and escalated to a parent or authority as appropriate — confidentially and on a need-to-know basis.

Sharing

No sale of data and no sharing of children's data for ads. We use contracted processors (cloud, AI, payment, analytics, communications), share with a linked child's parent/guardian, with authorities where legally required, and with a successor in a merger or acquisition.

Your rights

Access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object, restrict, port, and complain. Parents exercise these for their child. Contact support@tutionsir.com; we verify identity (and parental relationship) first.

Security & transfers

Encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, logging and staff training, with heightened protection for children and breach notification per law. Cross-border transfers (India ⇄ UAE and others) use safeguards required by DPDP, UAE PDPL and GDPR.
