Tution Sir is a digital content service of MetaWealth Capital (Dubai, UAE), serving learners in India and the UAE. Tution Sir is a digital-only service: an AI learning and exam-prep platform for CBSE Classes 6–12 students, parents, teachers, and adult competitive-exam aspirants.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Acceptable Use and other referenced policies.

Eligibility & minors

Adults must be 18+. Minors (Classes 6–12) may use Tution Sir only with verifiable parental/guardian consent and supervision; the parent remains responsible for the minor's account.
Teachers and schools use the Service under an institutional agreement or these Terms.

Accounts & security

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secret, do not share accounts, and notify us of any unauthorised use.

The Service & AI features

Tution Sir provides AI tutor chat, voice notes, photo answer-marking, progress tracking, study pods, notifications and real-time syllabus Q&A on Telegram.
AI output is for learning support only. It may be incomplete or incorrect, is not a substitute for a teacher or official board materials, and does not guarantee any exam result.

Subscriptions, credits & payment

Free plan plus Pro at ₹999/month (or local equivalent); applicable taxes (GST in India / VAT in the UAE) are shown at checkout.
Pro auto-renews monthly until cancelled; you authorise the charge on each renewal. You can cancel anytime — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Credits are consumable.

Intellectual property

Our content, software, question banks and trademarks are ours or licensed; you receive a limited personal licence. Your content (questions, voice, photos) stays yours — you grant us a licence only to host and process it to run, secure and improve the Service. We never use children's data for advertising.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights). Our liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months or the minimum the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on AI outputs.

Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, legal reasons, or to protect users (especially children). Data is handled per our Privacy and Data Retention policies.

Governing law

India users: Indian law, subject to the Consumer Protection Act 2019. UAE users: UAE law and the applicable Emirate's courts, subject to UAE consumer law. Mandatory local consumer law always prevails.

Changes

We may update these Terms; for material changes we give reasonable notice, and continued use means acceptance.
